Shownotes:

  • Der „Maustyp“

  • Augmented Reality non-universal translator für Kartons: Word Lens

  • Barts Lügenverwicklung und Bart Zerstört Die Weihnachtsgeschenke
  • Endlich mal Halbwissen auf Dreiviertelwissen erweitert:

Morality plays are a type of allegory in which the protagonist is met by personifications of various moral attributes who try to prompt him to choose a godly life over one of evil. […] Having grown out of the religiously based mystery plays of the Middle Ages, they represented a shift towards a more secular base for European theatre.“ (Wikipedia)

    Faszinierend!

„[…] Their bodies are covered in a variety of specialised hair like structures that give them not one but two extra senses, and they’ve got extra bits in their knees that give them yet another one. The suit is basically going to annihilate any option of using those (especially the hairs for sensing air motion, which in some spiders are sensitive enough to pick up on the pressure caused by a laser pointer).“

  1. „So what I can put on the moon is an observation: My insignificance in relation to the universe“
  2. „I limp because of arthritis […] but on the moon I could be mobile, and able to carry my camera.“
  3. „I’d find it hard to make any work up there“
  4. „For every female child born on Earth, one sexist, white supremacist adult male would be shipped to the moon.“
  5. „So maybe they should create a clone of Picasso; he could go off and explore“
  6. „So maybe I would be qualified for a moon mission.“ #humblebrag
  7. „my first creative act [sic] after landing on the moon would be to unzip my spacesuit and pee into gravity-less [sic] space“
  8. „It’s a sphere and I want to turn it into a perfect square. That’s the dream.“

„President Eisenhower has received no plaudit for, years before Kennedy, looking up at the moon from the Oval Office window, and say to himself: ‚Hey, I bet we can blow that shit up.'“

Die neuesten Auswüchse der selbstlernenden Systeme. Als jemand der sich angeblich atypisch Pullover auszieht (Kopf-rein-Arm-rein-Arm-rein statt Bund-hochziehen-Alles-auf-links-statisch-aufgeladen) fühle ich mit diesen Legowürstchen.

  • Wieso diese Gesichter! Aaaargh.
  • Boingboing: „they taught body-shame to an AI, leaving it with an unstoppable compulsion to clothe itself before the frowning mien of God.“
